2503. LOT OF SCOPES This lot contains three rifle scopes. The first is a like new, in the box, Tasco Super Marksman 3-9x40. This “waterproof”<br />

1” tube scope comes a fine crosshair, lens caps, and Weaver style rings all in the original Tasco box. The second is a Weaver Marksman 4x with<br />

a fine crosshair. It is in very good condition. The last of the three, is a Marlin 3-7x20, 7/8” scope with grooved receiver rings. It also has a a fine<br />

crosshair and is in very good condition. The later two scopes could use a good cleaning. (3478-011510JDC1)<br />

2504. SCOPE LOT This lot contains one Leupold M8 3x 1” tube scope. It has a gloss blued finish and a standard duplex reticle. With a little cleaning<br />

this scope would be in excellent condition. This is a perfect scope for the dense New England terrain. (3478-011510JDC2)<br />

2505. SCOPE LOT This lot contains one Leupold Vari-XII 1-4x scope. It has a 1” tube with a standard duplex reticle and gloss blue finish. It is in<br />

excellent condition and would clean-up nice. Great for a shotgun, muzzleloader, or any rifle used in New England. (3478-011510JDC3)<br />

2506. SCOPE LOT This lot contains one, like new, in the box BSA Sweet 17 2-7x32 scope for a 17HMR. Specifically designed for that caliber, this<br />

scope would go great on any 17 HMR rifle. It has a blue finish, with a standard duplex, and has all of the papers in the box. Did I mention “like<br />

2507. US SPRINGFIELD BAYONET This lot is a Model 1873 US Springfield Trapdoor bayonet in excellent condition. The metal surfaces have<br />

a rich blued finish, which is flaking to a very pleasing plumb brown patina. The finish has some very light pitting with minor oxidation throughout.<br />

The “US” stamp is clear at the base of the 18” full, fullered blade, and the 3” collar is complete with locking ring. This is an excellent specimen of<br />

a classic military rifle's bayonet. (3577-2)<br />

2508. MILITARY LOT This lot contains an assortment of various service ribbons, medals, pins, and buttons. Included are 18 service ribbons from<br />

WWII and Korea, two Marksmanship medals, twelve pieces of either collar brass or lapel pins, six brass buttons with silver “peace” eagles, 15<br />

pieces of shoulder bar rank insignia, nine pieces of “private” rank insignia, 50 assorted US Naval brass buttons, 20 US Army assorted brass buttons,<br />

20 assorted civilian brass and tin buttons, four shoulder epaulets, one gold shoulder cord, seven VFW badges and collar pieces, two phoenix<br />

clip-on medallions with “Ex Flammis Clarior” or “Brighter from the Flame” written on them, nine military and civilian patches, three cufflinks with<br />

other button items, one brass reproduction “CSA” belt buckle, two dog tags with the name and information for “Guido Fiorenza” who served in<br />

WWII, a Daisy medallion, and a 2” gold miniature of the Statue of Liberty. All items are in very good to excellent condition. (3105-7A)<br />

2509. MILITARY LOT This lot contains five items. The first is an adjustable sight for an M15 grenade launcher. Made to fit the 1903, M1, and M1<br />

Carbine rifles, this handy little sight would fit on a disc that was affixed to the left side of the stock on any of the three rifles listed above. Included<br />

is an OD green canvas carrying case. The date stamp on the case is believed to be 1944, but is blurry and hard to read. In excellent condition<br />

overall, there are a few light spots of oxidation on this authentic GI piece. The second item is a green canvas bandolier with two, three position<br />

plastic holders for 37mm grenades. There is no writing or stamping on these items, so they may be reproductions. But they are in excellent condition<br />

and could be used for a number of purposes. The next item is a small bag of assorted 1911 parts. Included are a barrel bushing, a recoil<br />

spring cap, a slide stop/ release lever, and a magazine release button. All are a blued finish and appear to be GI issue. The last two items include<br />

a hefty Corbin padlock, with a small piece of chain, but no key, and an NRA reflector. Both<br />

are in very good condition. (3105-7B)<br />

2510. MILITARY LOT This lot contains two military lapel or collar pins. Both are made<br />

of brass with black onyx enamel faces and raised brass motifs. The first depicts a<br />

sword with a serpent entwined around it. This depiction refers to a medical unit, possibly<br />

an Army unit. The second shows a challis with a serpent dipping its head into<br />

the bowl. This refers to a pharmaceutical unit and is of the same vintage as the first.<br />

Both of these have pinned backs and are in excellent condition. (3105-7C)<br />

2511. WOOD AMMUNITION CRATE This lot is a Winchester crate for small arms<br />

ammunition. It measures 15” long by 9 1/2” wide by 9” tall, and is missing the top.<br />

The crate is marked Winchester Repeating Arms and had 500 rounds of 12 ga 2 5/8”<br />

shotshell loads. (1641-28)<br />

2513. LOT OF BULLET MOULDS This lot contains one Racine single cavity bullet mould with handles. It is in excellent condition and is for a Spencer.<br />

The mould number is 535370 and produces a 379 grain RN bullet. Included is a single cast lead bullet with slight imperfections. (2831-3)<br />

2514. LOT OF BULLET MOULDS This lot contains one Racine single cavity bullet mould with handles. It is in excellent condition and is for a<br />

40 SS. The mould number is 408331 and produces a 331 grain RN bullet. Included is the original box with instructions. (2831-4)<br />

2515. LOT OF BULLET MOULDS This lot contains one Lyman double cavity bullet mould. It is in excellent condition and is in the original box.<br />

The mould number is 401043, and it is for a 38/40. It produces a 175 grain FN bullet. (2831-7)<br />

2516. LOT OF BULLET MOULDS This lot contains one Lyman single cavity bullet mould. It is in excellent condition and is in the original box.<br />

The mould number is 533476, and it is for a .54 caliber Sharps or other blackpowder firearm. It produces a 405-410 grain FN bullet with a hollow<br />

base. It includes a #15 Hollow base adapter, but no handles. (2831-8)<br />

2517. LOT OF BULLET MOULDS This lot contains one Lyman single cavity bullet mould, and one Ideal single cavity mould. They are in excellent<br />

condition and are in the same box. The Lyman mould number is 452839, and it is for a 45 caliber pistol. It produces a 185 grain WC-RN<br />

Bullet. The Ideal mould is number 535149, and is for a 50 caliber rifle. It produces a 450 grain RN bullet. (2831-9)<br />

2518. MARLIN RELOADING TOOL This antique tool was patented in<br />

1881 and was used to reload cartridges for Marlin rifles. This particular<br />

model was used to reload 40-60 cartridges and has a serial number of<br />

2518<br />

7504. It includes a bullet mould and powder measure, and every step<br />

needed to reload the 40-60 cartridge. A hefty and well made tool,<br />

unfortunately the company logo has been removed from the spruce cutter.<br />

Several tool marks, moderate patina, and light oxidation adorn this<br />

interesting piece of Marlin history. This is a must have for any serious<br />
