and(b)for each Day of the commissioning period following the expiry of thefirst three (3) months of commissioning the lesser of:(i)(ii)the difference between such Shipper’s Final Exit Allocation at theLDM Offtake in respect of a Day and the Shipper’s prevailing ValidNomination or Valid Renomination in respect of such Day; andthe Exit Tolerance in respect of such LDM Offtake in respect of theDay as calculated pursuant to Part E (Balancing and Shrinkage)Section 1.7.3 multiplied by two (2).1.9.2 The Exit Tolerances specified in Sections 1.9.1(a) and 1.9.1(b) are insubstitution for the LDM Exit Tolerances in respect of such LDM Offtakespecified in Part E (Balancing and Shrinkage) Section 1 (Balancing).1.9.3 If the commissioning extends beyond six (6) Months, the LDM Exit Tolerancein respect of the LDM Offtake shall be calculated in accordance with Part E(Balancing and Shrinkage) Section 1 (Balancing).1.9.4 The Shipper shall notify the Transporter:(a)(b)at least eight (8) weeks in advance of the intended commencement of thesaid commissioning period. The Shipper shall provide further notice tothe Transporter four (4) weeks in advance of the intended commissioningperiod and one (1) week in advance of the commencement of the saidcommissioning period; andforthwith on the completion of the said commissioning period.1.10 Plant Trip(s)1.10.1 In the event of a Plant Trip affecting a LDM Offtake the Shipper registered atsuch LDM Offtake shall make a Renomination for a reduced amount of NaturalGas as soon as possible and use reasonable endeavours to ensure suchRenomination is a Valid Renomination; and subject to the Shipper havingendeavoured to make a Renomination for a reduced amount of Natural Gasaccordingly the Exit Tolerance in respect of such LDM Offtake on the Day onwhich such Plant Trip has affected such LDM Offtake shall be the differencebetween the prevailing Valid Exit Nomination or Valid Exit Renomination inrespect of such LDM Offtake on the Day and the Shipper’s Final ExitAllocation at such LDM Offtake in respect of that Day.1.10.2 The Transporter will require documentary evidence of the circumstances of thePlant Trip in support of a requirement that the Shipper shall be entitled to anExit Tolerance in accordance with this Section 1.10.Code of Operations Version 3.031Part D
