(a)(b)such Re<strong>allocations</strong> contain the information required under Section2.13.2; <strong>and</strong>the difference between the total quantities <strong>of</strong> Natural Gas to be allocatedin respect <strong>of</strong> the Day at that Entry Point <strong>and</strong> the total quantity <strong>of</strong> NaturalGas to be allocated in respect <strong>of</strong> that Day at that Connected System ExitPoint remains, or is equal to the Net Metered Quantity (Entry) or the NetMetered Quantity (Exit) as the case may be on such Day.2.13.5 The Transporter may reject any Re<strong>allocations</strong> at the Bi-Directional CSP whichit receives from the Bi-Directional CSP Agent after 16:00 hours on D + 4.2.13.6 Where the Transporter has accepted Allocations or Re<strong>allocations</strong> from a Bi-Directional CSP Agent at any time prior to 16:00 on D + 5 the last EntryAllocation or Entry Reallocation <strong>and</strong> the last CSEP Exit Allocation or CSEPExit Reallocation accepted by the Transporter shall form the basis <strong>of</strong> the FinalEntry Allocations <strong>and</strong> the Final CSEP Exit Allocations for such Bi-DirectionalCSP.2.13.7 Any queries or dispute(s) with respect to Entry Allocations or CSEP ExitAllocations made by a Bi-Directional CSP Agent shall be a matter solely forthe affected Shippers <strong>and</strong> the Bi-Directional CSP Agent, <strong>and</strong> a Shipper shall notbe entitled to dispute with the Transporter any Entry Allocations or CSEP ExitAllocations made by the Bi-Directional CSP Agent.2.13.8 The Transporter shall not be liable in respect <strong>of</strong> compliance or non-complianceby the Bi-Directional CSP Agent with the terms <strong>of</strong> appointment <strong>of</strong> such Bi-Directional CSP Agent or with the provisions <strong>of</strong> this Code or in respect <strong>of</strong> anyact or omission <strong>of</strong> the Bi-Directional CSP Agent howsoever arising. For theavoidance <strong>of</strong> doubt the Transporter shall not <strong>and</strong> shall not be required to verifythat Allocations submitted by the Bi-Directional CSP Agent have been properlymade.2.14 Allocations at a Bi-Directional CSP by the Transporter2.14.1 Where the Transporter is required to make an Initial Entry Allocation(s) <strong>and</strong> anInitial Exit Allocation(s) in accordance with Section 2.12.3 it shall make suchAllocation in accordance with the following formulae:(a)On a Day in respect <strong>of</strong> which there is a Net Metered Quantity (Entry) aShipper’s Initial Entry Allocation shall be calculated in accordance withthe following formulae:SQ = Q x (SNQ/EODQ)where:SQ = the quantity <strong>of</strong> Natural Gas(expressed in kWh) allocated to anindividual Shipper at the EntryCode <strong>of</strong> Operations Version 3.059Part D
