It is designed as a technical report forthe clinical coding department at the Trust audited. However PCTs will findthe data useful in understanding the cause of the HRG assignment errorsand the coding errors.89 At the set up meeting the Trust and PCT agreed to audit HRG EB01Zas this was an area of concern for commissioners.
