<strong>Board</strong> of Directors Part 110 June 20111 BackgroundPerformance Reporting 2011/12The 2011/12 Monitor Compliance Framework was published on 31 March 2011following its earlier consultation exercise and publication of the OperatingFramework for the NHS in England 2011/12. A paper was submitted to the<strong>Board</strong> in May outlining the amendments to the Framework.
