Public Open SpacesThe historic core should have well designedpublic spaces where people can gather.Background – Currently the opportunities to enjoythe Humber River are to walk along the Humber RiverHeritage Trail in Mill Park and to gather at the newlybuilt public space on the east side of Queen Street byMill Street.
