Built FormRegional Road 50 should have a stronger spatialdefinition generated through building edges,appropriate walls, hedges, and tree canopies.The buildings and the landscape should bemore prominent than large parking areas.GuidelinesSouth Hill Commercial AreaThe built form along Regional Road 50 in the South HillCommercial Area is intended to transform, in the longterm, from a low-rise to a mid-rise scale and mixed-usein character.
