Albion-Bolton Fairgrounds andCommunity CentreAs an important cultural and recreational hubin Bolton, the Albion-Bolton Fairgrounds andCommunity Centre should have improvedparking facilities and be fully accessible bypedestrians and cyclists.EXISTINGPHOTO OFALBION-BOLTONFAIRGROUNDSBackground - The Fairgrounds and Community Centrehouse the library, a hockey arena, squash courts, andmeeting spaces, as well as outdoor space for seasonalfairs.
