Nirmal Kumar Das SPE, SSA Odisha mentioned that 230 PSPS 81 79 buildings and 276 UPS buildings are not started due to reasons such as LWE area,UPS 88 111 non availability of land and court cases. He was informed that about 19000 ACRsACR 72 66 are not started..SPE mentioned that out of 19000 ACRs 15000 rooms are from freshDW 93 79 approvals of 2012-13. Regarding provision of drinking water he was informed that5652 are in progress, SPE informed that all the works which are in progress will becompleted by September 2012. He was informed that the progress of toilets isslow and 2783 are in progress. SPE mentioned that more than 2000 are from spillover works and the remaining are from fresh works approved during 2012-13.Regarding reconciliation of targets Shri. C. Ganapathy, Senior ConsultantToilets 69 21 mentioned that for most of the items targets approved by PAB and the targetshown by the State are not matching as the State had carried out additional worksby reallocating the targets approved by PAB. The State had sent a proposal forreconciliation of targets to MHRD and this has been examined by TSG. MHRD hasinformed that a team will go to the State/district to find out the fact and to finalisethe report.PunjabBRC 91 99 The State was informed to reconcile the targets of PS and UPS. Regarding theCRC 92 100 progress of ACRs Shri. Swaranjit Singh, Xen SSA, Punjab mentioned that for thePS 81 85 works sanctions have been issued and the works are in progress.
