EDUCATIONMr. Zach Kazapua is Pro-Vice Chancellor: Administration and Finance. Heholds two Masters degrees in education, one inAdult Education and Community Developmentfrom the University of Manchester and another inEducational Planning and Management from theUniversity of London. His obtained his first degreein Adult Education from the University of Nairobi, inKenya.Mr. Kazapua was the team leader and co-authorof a study on Human Resources Development,Institutional and Capacity Building in Namibia as part of the Vision 2030Plan for the National Planning Commission of Namibia. He was the Registrarof the University of Namibia. He holds a PhD andMasters degrees in Education from the University ofWales. Prior to this, he completed a Senior Teacher’sDiploma and Bachelor of Arts at the University ofWestern Cape in South Africa.
