Dr. Chairmaine Villet holds a Ph.D in Education specialising in Curriculumand Instruction from Ohio University in the UnitedStates. Her Masters Degree was on TeacherEmpowerment, also from the same university.Prior to this, she obtained a Bachelor of Educationfrom the University of Namibia, a Higher EducationDiploma in Language Instruction, and a Bachelor ofArts in English and Linguistics from the University ofthe Western Cape in South Africa.She was the Chairperson of the Namibia EducationalResearch Association (NERA), and the Educational Research Network forEastern and Southern Africa (ERNESA) amongst many others. Dr. Villet isa Senior Lecturer in Research and Statistics in Education. Mr. Likando is a lecturer and Head of the Educational Foundations andManagement Department in the Faculty of Education.
