LAWPr<strong>of</strong>. Nico Horn completed an LL.D in Constitutional Law with the <strong>University</strong><strong>of</strong> South Africa. In addition to a B.Juris, hecompleted an LL.M in Constitutional and CriminalLaw and Procedure with the same university. Hisother qualifications range from a Bachelor’s andDoctorate degrees in Political Science, a Mastersin Biblical Studies, amongst others. He is an advocate <strong>of</strong>the High Court <strong>of</strong> <strong>Namibia</strong> and the Supreme Court<strong>of</strong> Zambia.Amoo is a member <strong>of</strong> the Law Society <strong>of</strong> <strong>Namibia</strong>Board for Legal Education and a co-opted member <strong>of</strong>the Council for Higher Education. He was previouslya member <strong>of</strong> the Law Reform and DevelopmentCommission.
