AGRICULTUREProf. Osmund Mwandemele is the Pro-Vice Chancellor: Academic Affairs &Research. He is the founding Dean of the Faculty ofAgriculture and Natural Resources and the foundingDirector of UNAM’s Sam Nujoma Marine andCoastal Resources Research Centre at Henties Bay.He completed his Bachelors of Science degree at theUniversity of Dar es Salaam in 1976, followed by aMasters Degree in 1978 from the same institution. Hethen enrolled for a Ph.D degree with the Universityof Sidney in Australia, which he completed in 1983.He has 30 years of teaching and research experienceat University level.
