He will be responsible for reviewing the monthly dairies / tour programme ofemployment officer (VG), officers of Town Employment Exchanges andDeputy Chiefs of University Employment Information and Guidance Beaurex.8. He will be responsible for initiating and reviewing the Annual PerformanceReports of Group-‘B’ and ‘C’ Officials respectively of the employment wing.9. He will conduct detailed Annual Inspection of Employment Exchanges andother unit officers assigned by the Head of the Department.10. He will carry out any other work assigned by the Head of Department fromtime to time.DeputyDirector ofEmploymentand training(Research &studies)1. He will function under the supervision of the Joint Director ofEmployment.2. He will be responsible for conducting studies and research onmatter concerning employment.3. He will be responsible for implementation of the plan schemesand monitoring progress.4. He will be in-charge of computerization scheme of EmploymentExchanges.5. He will be responsible for overseeing the implementation ofEmployment Exchanges (CNV) ACT, 1959, and rules madethere under.6. He will co-ordinate the programme of work between the nucleuscell of the directorate and the district employment exchanges inthe state.
