He will moni<strong>to</strong>r collection, compilation <strong>of</strong> the statistical data <strong>and</strong>publication <strong>of</strong> monthly annual reports concerning various<strong>act</strong>ivities <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Employment</strong> Exchanges in the state.9. He will be responsible for conducting surprise/cursoryinspection <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Employment</strong> Exchanges <strong>and</strong> other unit <strong>of</strong>ficesbesides conducting annual inspection as per the approvedprogramme.10. He will function as a co-ordinating <strong>of</strong>ficer in respect <strong>of</strong> allmatters pertaining <strong>to</strong> the subject report <strong>and</strong> cases relating <strong>to</strong>irregular appointments.11. He will be responsible for initiating timely <strong>act</strong>ion on all servicematters like recruitment declaration <strong>of</strong> probationary period,promotion, retirement <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>ficers <strong>and</strong> staff, maintenance <strong>of</strong>service register <strong>of</strong> staff <strong>of</strong> the direc<strong>to</strong>rate, sanction <strong>of</strong> all kinds <strong>of</strong>leave ,sanction <strong>of</strong> increment, etc.4. He will be responsible for initiating sanction <strong>of</strong>HBA/HPA/MCA/GPF advance medical reimbursement festivaladvance etc.5. He will look after the correspondence pertaining hiring <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>fice
