He will be in-charge of maintenance and supervision ofDirectorate vehicles.6. He will be responsible for timely collection of material factsrequired for the meetings and conferences, to be attended bythe Director.7. He will be responsible for supervising the staff working in thepublic Grievance cell.8. He will ensure prompt dispatch of orders/circulars approved andsigned by the Director, to the concerned besides maintainingcopies in the personal file of the Director and personal section.9. He will be responsible in processing petitions/representationsreceived from the public concerning registration, renewal,transfer of registration, acceptance of caste certificate etc.,besides co-ordinating the work relating to the recruitment ofpersonnel in Defence and Allied Services.10. He will perform any other work assigned by the Joint Director ofEmployment and the Director of Employment and Training fromtime to time.
