SlNo.Officers/EmployeesDuties <strong>and</strong> ResponsibilitiesDepartment <strong>and</strong> arrange <strong>to</strong> send replies <strong>to</strong> the concerned,besides submitting a report <strong>to</strong> the Direc<strong>to</strong>r.5. He will be in-charge <strong>of</strong> maintenance <strong>and</strong> supervision <strong>of</strong>Direc<strong>to</strong>rate vehicles.6. He will be responsible for timely collection <strong>of</strong> material f<strong>act</strong>srequired for the meetings <strong>and</strong> conferences, <strong>to</strong> be attended bythe Direc<strong>to</strong>r.7. He will be responsible for supervising the staff working in thepublic Grievance cell.8. He will ensure prompt dispatch <strong>of</strong> orders/circulars approved <strong>and</strong>signed by the Direc<strong>to</strong>r, <strong>to</strong> the concerned besides maintainingcopies in the personal file <strong>of</strong> the Direc<strong>to</strong>r <strong>and</strong> personal section.9. He will be responsible in processing petitions/representationsreceived from the public concerning registration, renewal,transfer <strong>of</strong> registration, acceptance <strong>of</strong> caste certificate etc.,besides co-ordinating the work relating <strong>to</strong> the recruitment <strong>of</strong>personnel in Defence <strong>and</strong> Allied Services.10. He will perform any other work assigned by the Joint Direc<strong>to</strong>r <strong>of</strong><strong>Employment</strong> <strong>and</strong> the Direc<strong>to</strong>r <strong>of</strong> <strong>Employment</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Training</strong> fromtime <strong>to</strong> time.
