Notice of Public HearingCitizen Participation and Public ProgressThe City of Yankton is sponsoring a Community Development Block Grant on behalf ofthe Dakota Trailer Road, Water, and Sewer Service Extension project. As part of thegrant requirements the City of Yankton will hold a citizen participation hearing at 7:00P.M. on October 10, 2011 at the City of Yankton Community Meeting Room, TechnicalEducation Center, 1200 West 21 St Street, Yankton, South Dakota. The purpose of thehearing is to give the public the opportunity to comment on the progress of the Road andUtility Extension Project within the City of Yankton, and express any concerns that mayexist about the project. The meeting is open to the public and interested persons areencouraged to attend. Additional information about the hearing or accessibility can beobtained by calling the City Manager’s Office at (605) 668-5221 during normal businesshours.
