(1) In 1941 and 1942, the War Department acquired<br />
approximately 249.88 acres of land for use as a Coastal defense<br />
radar site, now known as <strong>Jenner</strong> <strong>Radar</strong> <strong>Site</strong> B-<strong>76</strong>. Seventy-four<br />
4' acres of land was acquired by permit from the California State
