For the purpose <strong>of</strong> this bylaw, the <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Hull</strong> is hereby divided into the followingclassification <strong>of</strong> use districts:° Single-Family Residence District A° Single-Family Residence District B° Single-Family Residence District C° <strong>Town</strong>house Residence District° Multi-Family Residence District A° Multi-Family Residence District B° Mixed Use Residential District° Business District° Waterfront District° Commercial Recreation District A° Commercial Recreation District B° Commercial Recreation District C° Public Open Space District° Flood Plain District° Conservation District° Wireless Communication Services District30-2. Boundariesa. The boundaries <strong>of</strong> the districts shall be the sidelines <strong>of</strong> the streets, property or lot lines, orother lines shown on the map entitled “Building Zone Map <strong>of</strong> <strong>Hull</strong>, Massachusetts”, onfile in the <strong>of</strong>fice <strong>of</strong> the Building Commissioner, which map is hereby adopted and made apart <strong>of</strong> this bylaw. This map is open for Inspection during regular <strong>of</strong>fice hours and copiesare made available to those desiring them.b. Where boundaries are indicated as property or lot lines and the exact position <strong>of</strong> suchlines is not justified by measurements, the true location there<strong>of</strong> shall be taken as theboundary lines. Where boundary lines are fixed by distance from the street, property orlot lines, such measurements shall control.c. Whenever any uncertainty exists as to the exact location <strong>of</strong> a boundary line, the locationthere<strong>of</strong> shall be determined by the Building Commissioner; provided, however, that anyperson affected by his decision thereon may appeal to the Board <strong>of</strong> Appeals as hereinafterprovided.30-3. Usesa. These zoning bylaws shall not prohibit, regulate or restrict the use <strong>of</strong> land or structuresfor religious purposes or for educational purposes on land owned or leased by theCommonwealth or any <strong>of</strong> its agencies, subdivisions or bodies public or by a religious sector denomination, or by a non-pr<strong>of</strong>it educational corporation, except as provided by law.b. In all districts, uses, whether or not on the same parcel as activities permitted as a matter<strong>of</strong> right, accessory to activities permitted as a matter <strong>of</strong> right, which activities arenecessary in connection with scientific research or scientific development or relatedproduction, may be permitted upon the issuance <strong>of</strong> a special permit, provided the Board
