This sessionwill enable you to:• refresh your knowledge of <strong>the</strong> role of a governor• help you keep abreast of current key priorities in governance• have <strong>the</strong> opportunity to share your experiences of governance <strong>and</strong> your good practice ideasPlease remember that our Overview Programme is also a great way to keep up with currentchanges in education/legislation.Safeguarding ChildrenThis two session (or full day) course is for all governors <strong>and</strong> essential for those withresponsibility for child protection <strong>and</strong> safeguarding. This is a more detailed session than <strong>the</strong>‘Overview of Safeguarding’ course.
