This application can be picked up at theCity Building or downloaded on the Main Street Fairmont web site at www.mainstreetfairmont.org. Return the completed application to the City ofFairmont.1. Send a copy of this application along with a sketch of proposed façaderenovation and a letter of interest to Main Street Fairmont, 206 AdamsStreet, Fairmont, WV 26554.2. If approved by the Historic Preservation Commission and the DesignCommittee, you must then get a building permit from the City of Fairmont.3. Complete work as proposed.4. After completion of project, submit a letter requesting reimbursementfor 50% of the project up to $3000 along with a copy of all invoices formaterials and work to MSF.5. Upon approval by Main Street Fairmont, we will forward this informationalong with a letter of approval and Request for Reimbursement to the Cityof Fairmont for their approval.6.
