Matching payments are available for a durationof 2 years, for up to a matching amount of $45 per dry ton delivered to aqualified Biomass facility. Establishment and annual rental payment amountsfor acres within an approved project area are controlled by contract/agreementamount. Matching payments may also be received in combination withestablishment and annual rental payment amounts.Applications to receive matching payments for delivery of biomass cropsare accepted on a continuous basis once a conversion facility is qualified.Proposals for Project Areas to be devoted to Biomass Crops are acceptedperiodically. Applications to enter into contract/agreement for annual rentalcontract/agreement are announced after a project area is approved and maybe continuous or periodic.Deadlines:No specific deadlines apply. Funding is provided on a fiscal year basis (10/1 –9/30).
