For all survey results, if the result plus or minus the margin of error includes the target, the measure is assessed as achieved. In all cases,the survey result and the margin of error are used to determine the target assessment. Survey results are not assessed if the number ofrespondents is less than 20 or the confidence interval is 10% or greater.59
