It is noted that the project does not fall within 100 m distance from the boundary of Dadra andNagar Haveli Wildlife Sanctuary. The company shall obtain necessary clearance under theWildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 from the National Board for Wild life as may be applicable in thiscase.ii.iii.iv.The company shall install wet scrubber and bag filters etc. to control the particulate emissionsbelow 50 mg/Nm 3 .The National Ambient Air Quality Standards issued by the Ministry vide G.S.R. No. 826(E) dated16 th November, 2009 should be followed.Gaseous emission levels including secondary fugitive emissions from all the sources shall becontrolled within the latest permissible limits issued by the Ministry vide G.S.R. 414(E) dated 30 thMay, 2008 and regularly monitored.
