The diamond windows in this cell are Type IIAsynthetic for excellent transmission from the UV through Far-IRspectral regions. The hardness of diamond enables maximumpressure to be applied to all types of crystalline, fiber, or amorphousmaterials. Typical samples include fibers, paint chips,rubbers, and plastic materials including laminates.The large clear aperture of the <strong>PIKE</strong> <strong>Technologies</strong> MicroDiamond Cell (either 1.6 or 2.0 mm) makes it easy to place themicro sample into position while viewing under a stereomicroscope.The large thumb wheels provide easy means of tightening andflattening the samples.The <strong>PIKE</strong> <strong>Technologies</strong> Micro Diamond Cell is mounted on astandard 2" x 3" plate compatible with your FTIR spectrometersample compartment.
