On the DeviceNet side, the RediStation input is mapped tobits 0-7 of the first input data word and the Photoeye to bits 8-15. TheRediStation output is mapped to bits 0-7 of the first output data word.The 1788-CN2DN module also maintains an internal status structurethat provides information about the module’s ability to exchangeDeviceNet messages with other nodes on the network.You can view these structures by monitoring the controller tags inRSLogix 5000.
