To receive and consider the accounts for the year ended March 31, 2012 and the reports of the Auditors and Directorsthereon;2. To declare dividend on Equity Shares;3. To elect a Director in the place of Mr. Sreedhara Menon, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself forre-appointment;4.
