Click Send to DDM from the toolbar to print the planner to a PDF file andsave to the appropriate folder. See “<strong>Drake</strong> Document Manager” on page 192 for details.• Case Options — From the case selector, choose the number of years or cases to view andprint in the Tax Planner. Click Set selection as default to have the same number of yearsselected each time a new planner is created.• Directories and Paths — Select a data path for the Tax Planner to use. The current path isdisplayed. Enter a new path in the New field. Tax Planner files are saved to the selectedlocation.Tax Planner tabs include: Client Setup, Demographics, Summary, Income, Adjustments,Itemized Deductions, Credits, Other Taxes, and Payments.Planning PreferencesSelect multi-year or multi-case from the Planning Preferences drop list on the ClientSetup tab. See Figure 111 on page 191.
