Allow preparers the same ability by givingthem access to Tools > File Maintenance > Unlock Client Files through theirsecurity settings.• Print the bank application when entered on return. (The application must be completedon the bank screen).• Print 9325 when eligible for EF.• Suppress federal EF (1040 only).• Print EF status page.• Alert preparer when bank product is not included.• Activate imperfect return election in data entry — Drake allows e-filing returns withrejects 501 and 504 (without a state or bank product included). Activating this featureallows an imperfect return election on the EF screen in data entry when applicable.• Allow selection for EF from the Calculation Results screen — Select a return fore-filing directly from the Calculation Result screen without going to the EF > SelectReturns for EF screen.• Activate prompting before automatic transmission of Check Print records• E-mail 9325 Notice to Taxpayer (automatic from Drake Processing Center)• ERO SSN Indicator — Choose from preparers 1 through 9, Paid Preparer, or None.This field selects the ERO for the return. Override the default in data entry, screen 1.• Check for e-mail during EF transmit/receive.• Combine EF steps (Select, Transmit, Post Acks) — Select this option and the onlyscreen needed from the EF menu is Select Returns for EF. After the returns areselected, click OK to start the remainder of the EF routine. No further steps arenecessary.• State EF — Suppress.
