Each participant from the A line starts <strong>to</strong> tell his partner from the Bline a tale or so<strong>me</strong>thing interesting about himself. Give them one minute <strong>to</strong> talk and after they will exchange and the otherone will talk. Remind the <strong>play</strong>ers <strong>to</strong> stay in couple avoiding <strong>to</strong> turn back.Afterwards ask: how do <strong>you</strong> feel when <strong>you</strong> are about <strong>to</strong> talk? What makes the sharing and listening hard? Keeping thesa<strong>me</strong> partners, they’ll set face <strong>to</strong> face. The partner A will tell the sa<strong>me</strong> tale from be<strong>for</strong>e. This will do so that the B partnerlooks at the A partner but behaves as if he wasnt’ about <strong>to</strong> listen. One minute later ask them <strong>to</strong> exchange role.Then ask:how did <strong>you</strong> feel while speaking? How did <strong>you</strong> realize <strong>you</strong>r partner wasn’t listening? Keep the sa<strong>me</strong> partners facing eachother. The A partner will tell the sa<strong>me</strong> tale from be<strong>for</strong>e. This will do so that the B partner keeps looking at the A partner andshows, <strong>with</strong>out speaking, through actions, face expressions and signals, that he’s paying attention and understands whathe’s going <strong>to</strong> tell him. One minute later, ask them <strong>to</strong> exchange role. Ask: how did <strong>you</strong> feel while speaking? How did <strong>you</strong>realize <strong>you</strong>r partner was listening ?This exercise, in the three following phases, remarks the importanceof communication, both verbal and non-verbal.53
