Installation of the Vodafone Mobile Broadband application10. Features Window (only Custom Installation)Certain features offered by the mobile networkoperator (OpCo), but not wanted by the user, can bede-selected by the user. This window iscustomisable by entries in the .xml file interms of visibility of the features. Features are‘Optimisation Software’ and ‘SMS’.11. Summary WindowThe Summary window displays the items chosen inthe preceding installation windows. Clicking the‘Install’ button starts the installation of theVodafone Mobile Broadband application on thetarget computer.12. Clicking the ‘Finish’ button exits theinstaller.14. Restart WindowThe installation of the ByteMobile Optimiser andTCP/IP Optimisation require a system reboot afterthe installation, and will cause this window to bedisplayed. The installation of Microsoft’s .NetFramework does not require a reboot.Installation Sequence of Vodafone Mobile Broadband Lite1. Mass Storage Driver InstallationAfter inserting a device with Vodafone MobileBroadband Lite onboard, Windows will install themass storage drivers for that device.
