If Iam prepared to complain then I should also be willing to make comments of apositive nature.The service from Mainfreight at the moment is really very good. It hasimproved noticeably over the past 3-4 months and all of the Mainfreightbranches are contributing to produce a great service. We have been throwingsome real challenges at the Palmy team which they have accepted and completedadmirably.On Friday we asked that a diff be freighted to Ch-Ch for Saturday deliveryand a transmission be in Nelson for Monday, both of which were deliveredsuccessfully. Having the ability to take advantage of an extraordinaryservice from time to time is hugely beneficial to Truck Stops and ourcustomers and I’m sure that we have saved at least two of our customers agreat deal of grief by getting vehicles back on the road with minimaldowntime.Please pass on my thanks to the nationwide Mainfreight Team for a greatcombined effort.RegardsMarty
