LoadingdWARNING:• Always travel the machine slowly.TRANSPORTING• Steering on a ramp may create a danger of tippingover. Never attempt to change travel direction ona ramp, possibly causing the machine to becomeunstable. If steering is unavoidable, first moveback to the ground, modify traveling direction,and begin to drive again.• The top end of the ramp where it meets theflatbed, there is a sudden bump. Slowly drive overit.• Use extra care when rotating the upperstructureon the flatbed to prevent possible injury frommachine tipping. Slowly rotate the upperstructurewith the arm fully rolled in under the boom tomaintain good machine stability.d1. Load the machine on the trailer so that the centerline ofthe machine aligns with the centerline of the flatbed.2. Drive the machine onto the ramp slowly.3. Position the bucket above the flatbed. Operate the frontattachment so that the angle between the boom and thearm is maintained at 90 to 110°.4. The machine tips forward when the machine travelsover the top end of the ramp. Lower the bucket onto theflatbed before the machine begins to tip forward.5. After the machine reaches the specified position, slightlylift the bucket up off the flatbed. Slowly rotate theupperstructure 180° while keeping the arm fully rolledin.6. Lower the bucket on wooden blocks seated on theflatbed.7. Stop the engine. Remove the key from the switch.8. Move the pilot control shut-off lever to the LOCKposition.9. Cover the openings on the machine to prevent windand/or rain from coming in.CAUTION: During cold weather season, be sure tosufficiently warm up the machine before loading orunloading the machine.Less than 15˚M1M7-06-0016-2
