LITHGOW DISTRICT NETBALL ASSOCIATION INC.BY-LAWS· Sweep all floor areas, this includes indoor timber floor area;· Mop all vinyl floor areas; and· Cleaning equipment is located in the caged area nearest to the Clubroom. Largescissor brooms are located at the end of each court areaPENALTY FOR NOT FULFILLING DUTY CLUB IS $10.00 PER TIMESLOT FINE, PLUSLOSS OF 3 COMPETITION POINTS WHERE APPLICABLE.10. DUTIES OF EXECUTIVE ON DUTY· Collect completed score sheet after each game and photocopy (four (4) copies).These are to be brought in from courts by members of the winning teams;· Check against draw to make sure they are returned after each round of games;· At the end of games give copies of all score sheets to Games Co-Ordinator, UmpireCo-Ordinator, and Publicity Officer. Original score sheets are to be forwarded to theRegistrar;· Supervise fulfillment of Duty Club requirements;· Notify Games Co-Ordinator of any game infringements, and enter into fine book anyrelevant fines; and· Executive to lock Clubroom, Stadium, Car Park and School Gates.11. POINTSCOREPoint score shall be as follows: -a) Win or win on forfeit 3 pointsb) Draw 2 pointsc) Loss 1 pointd) Loss on forfeit 0 pointse) <strong>By</strong>e 0 points12. RULES OF THE GAMEThese are played according to <strong>Netball</strong> NSW Rule Book.12.1. Team RulesNo interchanging of players between teams (except where substitutes withinClub rules apply).a) Players must play three (3) games within the season with their team to be eligible toplay in the semi-finals, finals and grand finals of the competition;b) Any team not fielding nominated umpires for their stated fixture shall incur a $10.00fine payable before the next competition game, - after third (3 rd ) failure of notfielding nominated umpire the team will be automatically disqualified fromcompetition;c) Each team may register a maximum of twelve (12) players. A team must field aminimum of four (4) of their teams registered players before borrowed players maybe used. A player from a lower grade, registered in same Club, may be played in ahigher grade on any given round of competition. Players cannot be borrowed forsemis, finals or grand finals. If a junior player is to be a substitute for a senior team,the Executive on Duty must give permission for that player to participate in seniorgame.
