Thesystem was taken into operation the following year covering taxicentreline lights, stop bars, lead-on and de-icing area.In 2007-2008 ASP was extended to also cover taxi and Stop Barlights along runway 1 with equipment installed in two moresubstations. With this extension there are some 2500 lightsconnected to the ASP system divided on 24 series circuits, andhaving 253 defined light segments.SafeControl system with three workstations (Touch Entry Display)in the TWR controlling all airfield lighting at the airport.Integration of the existing PLC based system handling lightsystems for runway 1 and 2 with connecting taxiways, etc.Light intensity control of CCRs for all lights on runway 3 withconnecting taxiways, stop bars, RGL and the de-icing area. MoreCCRs were added to this system during the system extension2007-2008.Integration of the ASP system installed for taxiways, Stop Bars,lead-on, etc. on runway 1 and 3.There are also working stations for presentation in themaintenance workshop as well as in the substations. The system isEthernet based and built with full redundancy.,More LMS units were delivered to the airport in 2009.
