This study is also confined to exploring the associationbetween employment type, work stressors, coping strategies and psychological healthsymptoms. Other characteristics such as individual’s personality and etc., which affectthe stress-strain relationship, are outside the scope of this study. Finally, needless tohighlight that this study is confined in its scope linking to hypotheses as furtherdeliberation into medical or mental ill-health will entail greater research time.6
