Continue to monitor research that focuses on the rehabilitation ofIndigenous offenders in order to maintain best-practice developmentand implementation of Indigenous offender rehabilitation. Furtherinformation on best-practice program delivery modes for Indigenousoffenders will be of significant value.Develop and implement a motivational program for Indigenousoffenders. This program will aim to increase program responsivityamong Indigenous offenders which will increase Indigenous access toprograms.Evaluate the Indigenous general offending and family violenceprograms in order to determine and improve program outcomes. Theseprograms focus on substance misuse and violence. Develop and implement enhanced Indigenous general offending andfamily violence programs based on evaluation findings. Enhancingthese programs is likely to involve examining whether or not increasingthe frequency and duration of these programs is feasible andbeneficial. Develop a cultural supervision framework for program delivery staff.This will increase the cultural-competency of program facilitators.
