I am inquiring as to how often you bill? Answer: Monthly.How many cycles per month? Answer: 7 zones, city to determine if data will be sentper zone or all in one batch, either way a 24 hour turn around for mailing out is expected.How many customers per cycle? Answer: varies but a total of 10,000.3. What days do you bill on? Answer: Norm during 3 rd and 4 th week of month.What are your bill dates? Answer: Varies.What are your due dates? Answer: Varies but around the 15 th .4. Am I correct in understanding that the billing file will be sent electronically via an XMLformat? Answer: Yes.5. Who does the City currently get their bill forms and envelopes from?Answer: Bill forms from Print Media, envelopes from Computer Supplies and Services.6. Who prints the City’s inserts? Answer: Most are in-house.7. Since the City will no longer be printing bills, will they be getting rid of any of their printers?Answer: No.8. Are you currently outsourcing this project? Answer: No.9. How many times a month do you create a bill file to process? Answer: Once .10. Every one billed at once or spread out into batches.. i.e. 1/4 a week?Answer: Currently several batches over a week period.
