11. What day <strong>of</strong> the month/week will we received the bill file?Answer: Normally batches are ready at some point in the 3 rd or 4 th week. Again there is apossibility the timing could be altered slightly.12. Are all the bills one page? Answer: Most but there are some statement bills that go over.13. Are the 2 marking samples you sent with the RFP the “electronic inserts”?Answer: They are items that go out monthly. We may decide to continue to print internallyand <strong>for</strong>ward or send and electronic version and have you print. There may be other insertsin the future.14. Is the printing on the bill <strong>of</strong> your bill static?Answer: Currently we use a preprinted <strong>for</strong>m and only print the account and usagein<strong>for</strong>mation. So other in<strong>for</strong>mation and the back remain the same each month.15. If you send the file via electronically, when would you send it and when would you expectthe bills to go out?Answer: At some point in the 3 rd or 4 th week. 24 hour turn around expected.16. At what point do you send the past due bills?Answer: At the same time as other bills. These have additional wording in red that identifythe account as past due and how the process works.17.
