SPEAK OUT! SUBMISSIONS:At GoodLife we welcome our Associate’s feedback and suggestions, and our Speak Out! program is oneforum where Associates can choose to anonymously express ideas, opinions, recommendations andqueries. If you supply your email address, you are guaranteed a response. After the reply, the PeopleDepartment forwards ideas to the right channel, helping to ensure that every Associate’s voice is heard. Each eNewsletter we will publish some common submissions and answers, much like our MemberSuggestion Boards at the club.If you would like to make a submission to Speak Out!, please sign on to the CARE home page, and clickthe Speak Out! logo._____________________________________________________________________________________Submission: A few submissions have arisen regarding the quality of the adidas garments.Answer: Please contact adidas directly regarding the quality of any garments you purchase throughwww.adidashookup.com.Submission: Are there any rules that will let us ask Associates not to smoke while on shift?Answer: In clubs, smoking is strictly prohibited where Members or the public can see a GoodLifeAssociate smoking. Associates are to change out of their uniforms when smoking.Compliance with the policy is expected, based upon the importance of the message this conveys to ourMembers as well as the implications the policy has on the health and well-being of our Associates.Adherence to this policy is a condition of continued employment with GoodLife.Submission: I read the GoodTimes newsletter regarding the CPR training through Can-Fit-Pro and wasunder the assumption that this was an option for all Associates and not mandatory. However, my GroupEX Regional has informed me that that CPR is no longer offered to GoodLife Associates becausecertification must be done through Can-Fit-Pro. Can you please clarify?Answer: Can-Fit-Pro is the preferred CPR Provider for GoodLife Fitness Clubs. If there is a Can-Fit-Pro CPR PRO Trainer in your area, you can certainly utilize their services. The reasonwhy some clubs only require the Can-Fit-Pro CPR is because of the really great group discount rate whichcannot necessarily be beat. Also, any GoodLife Fitness Associates can use their Mo Bucks towards anyCan-Fit-Pro Programs which includes CPR.
