In order to obtain payments, the Contractor must forward to the authority referred to inparagraph 26.1 above:a) For the 60% pre-financing, in addition to the payment request, the performanceguarantee. If a pre-financing is requested, the Contractor must provide a financialguarantee for the full amount of the pre-financing payment.b) For the 40% balance, the invoice(s) in triplicate following provisional acceptance of thesupplies.Article 29Delivery29.1 The place of acceptance of the supplies shall be EULEX Kosovo Warehouse,Pristina-Kosovo, and the Incoterm applicable shall be DDU (delivered duty unpaid)9. Theimplementation shall run from the date of reception by the contractor of a Purchase Orderplaced by the Contracting Authority.The time limits for the delivery shall be as follows:a. For lots 1 and 2 and 3 and 4:The time limits for delivery shall be 90 (ninety) days from the reception by the contractor of aPurchase Order placed by the Contracting Authority.b. For lot 5:The time limits for the supply and installation (in-situ) of towers shall be 60 (sixty) days fromthe reception by the contractor of a Purchase Order placed by the Contracting Authority.But the contracting authority will not impose the installation of more than one tower perweek, unless agreed by the Contractor.29.2 The Contractor shall bear all risks relating to the goods until provisional acceptance atdestination. The supplies shall be packaged so as to prevent their damage or deterioration intransit to their destination.29.3 For lots 1 and 2 and 3 and 4, the contractor shall deliver the items on “EURO pallets” andwhenever technically feasible, items should be packed into boxes with like items packedtogether. Any shipment delivered on other type of “pallets” shall be rejected. The packagingshall become the property of the recipient subject to respect for the environment.29.4 The delivery shall take place on a working day and during the normal working hours of theContracting Authority’s warehouse; the “working hour schedule” shall be accuratelyspecified at the time of the signature of the contract.Article 31Provisional acceptanceThe Certificate of Provisional Acceptance must be issued using the template in AnnexC11.9 9 DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) - Incoterms 2000 International Chamber of Commerce -http://www.iccwbo.org/incoterms/id3040/index.html21
