We have included key lessons from ourproject, including the needs for stronger emphasizes on nontraditionalcareers for girls- Donor organizations are likely to take up work for the VET sector,namely the ADB and the European Union. Our lessons on gendershould be shared with them. In this way these lessons learned canhelp and inform the sector in the future.- Through MCA-Mongolia`s training these social workers and localwelfare officers are well trained and provided with necessarytrainings so they can continue the training and the informationdissemination after the Compact.- National Committee on GenderEquality- ADB, EU, Ministry of Labor- TVET school social workers and localwelfare officers.Page 57 of 57 80
