Thisinvolves ensuring the optimal management andprovision of appropriate security services to ensurethe protection of government’s people, assets andinformation.• Rendering of security risk management and servicesto the Office of the Premier, the GPG and EXCO toensure a safe and secure environment in the GPG.• Ensuring a safe and secure working environment inthe Office of the Premier and the GPG and providingstrategic security risk management services for theGPG.• Compliance with the Minimum Information SecurityStandards (MISS) in the GPG is achieved byconducting MISS awareness training, implementingphysical security measures, developing policies andoperating procedures, conducting disaster planningand monitoring and facilitating the same throughoutthe GPG.• Monitoring and protection of state assets in the1.
