You must alsobe employed in the electrical industry.What qualification willI receive?Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship and KeySkills qualifications in English, Maths andICT.LEVEL 3 ApprenticeshipWhat will I study?You will develop a variety of practical andtheory skills relevant to the electricalinstallation apprenticeship and gaincompetencies to operate at craft level withinthe electrical installation industry.WHEREWHOProspects College, Basildon.Able and motivated 16-24 year olds,employed in the electrical industry andcapable of completing anapprenticeship at Level 3.How will I be assessed?Each qualification within the apprenticeshipframework is assessed through ongoingdemonstration of your practical skills andtheory assessments. Some units of thequalification require online externalexaminations; the NVQ element isassessed in the workplace and will requirethe production of a portfolio of work basedevidence. Key Skills courses areassessed by a final written examination.Further training opportunities?After successful completion of the courseyou can progress onto higher education.How much will it cost?For 16-18 year old students,apprenticeships are fully funded.
