ArtsEd aims to produce triplethreat performers, trained to UK andinternational professional industrystandards in dance, acting and singing.Confidence and excellence in a rangeof dance styles is developed, as well asan understanding of the human body sostudents can express themselves freelyand avoid injury. In addition to regularjazz, ballet, pas de deux, contemporarydance and tap classes the course includesclasses in street jazz, tumbling, songand dance.A vital and unique feature of this courseis the provision of one to one singing andportfolio lessons, which ensure studentscan produce a well-placed consistent soundthroughout the vocal range and help eachstudent build a varied repertoire of songs.Ensemble singing and performance classesdevelop the competence and confidenceto sing in front of an audience.
