In recent years, St. Luke’s has received numerous honors for
quality, and we maintain our status as Idaho’s only Magnet
hospital and one of only 140 nationwide — a prestigious designation
for excellence in nursing care. We take pride in the expertise of our
staff and physicians, and appreciate the acknowledgements we
have received as a result of their skills and compassion. Yet the
greatest rewards are those moments that touch our hearts forever.
No trophy can compare to a tearful “thank you” from a grateful
family member, or the look in a little girl’s eyes when, after months
of treatment, she learns she can finally go home. No award can
match the satisfaction of helping others. We come to work at
St. Luke’s because caring is what we want to do, and it is what
we do best — every minute of every day.
