other obligations or anticipated losses to be reported or disclosed in accordance with<br />
IAS 10, are reflected in the Consolidated Financial Statements or are unknown.<br />
(33) Business relations with related parties<br />
During the 2009-2010 business year a total of TEUR 98 (previous year: TEUR 181) in net<br />
fees was paid to closely connected individuals for legal and consulting services.<br />
All business relations with related businesses and persons and the at-equity valued companies<br />
primarily involve service relationships and take place on the basis of foreign standard<br />
practices.<br />
