Representatives of the auditing firm attended the meeting of the Audit Committee of the<br />
Supervisory Board and reported on the audit.<br />
The Supervisory Board approved the result of the audit of financial statements.<br />
The Supervisory Board reviewed and approved the annual financial statements, which are<br />
thereby considered adopted under section 96 (4) of the Austrian Stock Corporation Act<br />
(AktG). The consolidated financial statements and the consolidated management report<br />
were reviewed and approved.<br />
The Supervisory Board would like to take the opportunity to recognize and thank the Man-<br />
agement Board and the entire staff for their personal input and work performance during<br />
this challenging business year.<br />
