GC.5.4GC.6GC.6.1.1GC.7GC.7.1GC.7.2GC.7.3GC.7.4GC.8GC.8.1GC.8.2GC.8.3instructions are consistent with the then current technical parameters of therelevant User’s Facility registered under the SWDC.The DWTSO shall, as soon as reasonably practicable following theoccurrence of an unforeseen circumstance, notify all relevant details thereofto the Review Panel for consideration, and shall include in the notificationany relevant proposed re-drafting to deal with the unforeseen circumstances.SUSPENSION OF THE SWDC PROVISIONSThe provisions of this SWDC, either in part or in whole, of this SWDC maybe suspended should any abnormal conditions or emergency situations arise,pursuant to any directions given by ECRA or by the Government or theMOWE.DATA AND NOTICESAll data and notices required under this SWDC, other than data which is thesubject of a specific requirement of the SWDC as to the manner of itsdelivery, shall be submitted electronically or through any other means agreedupon by the relevant parties.Written notices under this SWDC shall be served either by hand delivery,registered first-class pre-paid mail, courier service or facsimile to theDWTSO or each relevant User, as the case may be.Data and notices to be provided by each User to the DWTSO shall bedelivered to the specified address or addresses of the DWTSO, as notified bythe DWTSO to each User upon each User first being bound by this SWDC,or to such other address or addresses as the DWTSO may notify each Userfrom time to time.Data and notices to be provided by the DWTSO to each User shall bedelivered by the DWTSO to the specified address or addresses as notified byeach User to the DWTSO, or failing which, to the registered or principaloffice of each relevant User.CONFIDENTIALITYAll data and other information provided by each User to the DWTSO, inaccordance with the provisions of this SWDC, prior to connection, shall betreated by the DWTSO as confidential in accordance with the terms of thisSWDC.All data and other information provided by each User to the DWTSO inaccordance with the DWTSO’s application process, before the DWTSOmakes an Offer of Connection, shall be treated by the DWTSO asconfidential in accordance with the terms of this SWDC.Any data or other information made available by the DWTSO to each Useror each prospective User, prior to connection or the Offer of Connectionbeing accepted, shall be used only by the relevant User for the purposespecified by the DWTSO, and shall be treated by the relevant User asconfidential in accordance with the terms of this SWDC.7561A01/FICHT-7235220-v22GC-2
