CC.5.2.3CC.5.2.4CC.5.2.5CC.5.2.6CC.5.2.7CC.5.2.8CC.5.3CC.5.3.1CC.5.4CC.5.4.1CC.5.4.2CC.5.4.3CC.5.4.4CC.5.4.5CC.5.5Other than as expressly contemplated by this SWDC, each Applicant Usershall not modify any Application Form previously submitted to theDWTSO.The Application Form shall require each Applicant User to provide thePreliminary Water Planning Data as detailed in Section ‎CC-App.1.1.The Application Form shall require each Applicant User to comply withthe SWDC to the extent necessary for the application procedure.No later than thirty (30) Days after an Applicant User has submitted theApplication Form to the DWTSO, the DWTSO shall review the submittedApplication Form and notify that Applicant User whether it is satisfied thatthe submitted Application Form meets the requirements of the SWDC.Subject to any extension of time under Section ‎CC.5.5, the date of issue ofsuch notification is the Application Acceptance Date.Where the DWTSO has notified the Applicant User that it is not satisfiedwith the submitted Application Form in accordance with Section ‎CC.5.2.6,the Applicant User may submit either a revised or new Application Form inaccordance with Section ‎CC.5.2.2.DisputeAny dispute between the DWTSO and the Applicant User that may ariseunder these Connection Code will be dealt with in accordance with theprocedures set out in Section ‎GC.10 of the General Conditions.System StudiesAfter the DWTSO has reviewed a submitted Application Form inaccordance with Section ‎CC.5.2.6, the DWTSO shall carry out the SystemStudy.The cost of such System Studies shall be borne by the Applicant User thathas submitted the relevant Application Form. However, prior to thecommencement of such System Studies, the DWTSO shall notify theApplicant User of such estimated cost.The System Studies shall utilise the electronic network model described inSection ‎0 of the Planning Code.The System Studies shall determine:(a)(b)(c)the impact of the proposed new connection on the DWTS;the necessary equipment required at the relevant Connection Point;andany further measures required to extend and/or modify other parts ofthe DWTS as a result of the proposed new connection on the DWTS.Upon providing the results of the System Studies to the Applicant User, theDWTSO shall invoice the Applicant User for the preparation of the SystemStudies. The Applicant User shall pay the invoiced amount to the DWTSOprior to the Offer of Connection being provided to that Applicant User inaccordance with Section ‎CC.5.6.Modifications to the Preliminary Water Planning Data in the ApplicationForm (prior to the Offer of Connection) as may be required7561A01/FICHT-7235220-v22CC-11
